Just some friendly reminders:

 Remember that PACT testing starts this week!
Please make sure your child is here by 7:45 each day. If your child will be eating breakfast at school please have your child here by 7:45 a.m.
It is important that we know how your child is traveling to and from school. If you need to change those travel arrangements, please send a written note ahead of time to the teacher so that we can make sure your child can travel safely. As of Wednesday, April 30:
      Running Club is over for the year
     After School Program is over for the year
     Step Team is over for the year
     Choir is  over for the year.

     Congratulations to Dr. Lavinia Anderson for being named Teacher of the Year for 2008 at Varennes Elementary. Mrs. Williford, Varennes Teacher of the Year for 2007, is handing Dr. Anderson the Teacher of the Year Plaque to go outside her classroom.
