Ms. Porter has been in education for 25 years serving students and teachers in grades 3-5. She is proud to have earned her Bachelor of Education from Winthrop University, a Master of Education from the University of Phoenix in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Master of Education from the University of Scranton in Educational Supervision. She is originally from Anderson and has also taught in Rock Hill and Columbia. This is Ms. Porter's seventh year in Anderson School District Five. She is a National Board Certified teacher and a graduate of the Anderson Five Assistant Principal's Academy. In addition to being the Title I Facilitator she also works in the classroom daily as the STEM Teacher.
 
She is the proud mom of a 15-year-old son named Hayden and a Chorkie named Spirit. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, shopping, working out, entrepreneurship, crafting, acting, and spending time with her family and extended church family. Ms. Porter is excited about the opportunity to work with some amazing teachers and students in the Ram Fam!
